Whey Protein Pasta

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups Semolina flour
- 1/2 cup Whey Protein Powder (plain, unflavored)
- 1/2 t. Salt (optional)
- 2 Eggs, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
Directions for Bench Top Preparation:
- Combine semolina , whey protein and salt
- Combine eggs, water and olive oil. Add to semolina/whey protein mixture.
- Mix to make a stiff dough. Knead 10 minutes or until dough is elastic.
- Wrap dough in a towel or place in a plastic bag and let rest for 20 minutes.
- Roll dough out to desired thickness and cut as desired.
- Bring a large pot of water containing 1/2 tsp. oil to boil. Add pasta and cook until tender.
Yield: Makes 8 two ounce servings
